- Responsible for organizing production according to production plans and production instructions. - Responsible for reviewing various types of production records, strengthening supervision and management of the production process, and ensuring product quality. - Lead all production staffs to complete their production tasks, establish and manage a professional workforce with common goals, common values, and great cohesion, collaboration, innovation, efficient operation, and certain dedication. - Perform safety duties, participate in safety training, safety inspections, safety rectification work, ensure safe operations, solve safety hazards in time, and handle safety accidents. - Responsible for formulating standards for energy consumption, material consumption, and labor consumption quotas. Under the premise of ensuring product quality, strict control over energy consumption, material consumption, and man-hour consumption, and constantly review methods for effectively reducing production costs; - Responsible for the implementation of product technology and related equipment verification work, and draft and modify the process specification, the benchmark batch production records, production management documents and verification files; - According to the production plan and production instructions, organize the production rationally and be responsible for the management of "three wastes" in the production process; - Responsible for filling in all kinds of production reports, summarizing all production indicators, and scientifically analyzing them to continuously improve production efficiency and product quality. - Assist and support of trail production for new product - Responsible for reviewing the costs, holidays and other applications for staffs. - Responsible for employee training and performance assessment. - Completing other tasks assigned by manager and the company.

- Bachelor degree or above, engineering, production management, or agronomy related professional, with engineer/technician qualification or above professional technical titles; - More than three years’ experience in production enterprise management; - With a high degree of responsibility and strong communication, coordination and organizational capabilities, with good teamwork and professionalism.
