- Supervises workers and visitors to ensure they behave safely. - Identifies hazards to workers and visitors and remedies them. - Supports the company’s Food Safety Program. - Encourages and requires workers and visitors to follow hygiene rules. - Maintains order and cleanliness in the Factory Building and Grounds. - Ensures that laws are followed - Supervises and supports Finished Goods Operators. - Works with staff to track quality and productivity. - Works with the team to find the root cause of problems. - Keeps WIP and Finished Goods inventories to a minimum. - Confirms first in first out (FIFO) system is being followed. - Supervises inspection of raw materials. - Works with Knowledge Creation Team to make sure incoming goods are inspected. - Processes Bills of Lading and related paperwork per procedure. - Supervises the placement of goods in the Warehouse. - Creates Job Instructions to help Operators perform tasks in a standard way. - Generates checklists that guide staff to complete all steps in a process. - Encourages positive and productive relationships. - Ensures sufficient staff are available to produce and ship product. - Reviews and approves or reject time sheets. - Assigns individual staff to workstations and rotates staff as appropriate.

- Bachelor Degree or Equivalent Work Experience. - 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience in a factory. - Experience using computers and doing data entry. - Able in spoken and written Khmer; proficient in English to serve as a bridge between production and warehouse workers and non-Khmer speaking managers. - Able to organize complex information and present it. - Experience using MS Office. - Experience and proficiency working with equipment. - Experience working in a food or beverage factory, using HACCP. - Experience with Lean Manufacturing.
