- 2 to 3 years of work experience in a factory. - High School Diploma or Equivalent Work Experience. - Able to read and write in Khmer and use international numbers. - Able to read basic words in English in order to use machines. - Able to follow instructions. - Comfortable working with machines and digital interfaces. - Basic math skills, attention to detail. - Good hand eye coordination. - Experience using heavy equipment.
