• Responsible for project design and experimental research; • Responsible for formulating and improving the standard operating procedures for responsible instruments and equipment and maintaining and maintaining them; • Responsible for scientifically, timely, accurately, and detailed making laboratory records and reporting to supervisors in a timely manner; • Responsible for summarizing the experimental results, carrying out research and analysis on the problems that arise, and proposing solutions; • Responsible for the writing of relevant filing materials; • Responsible for the cleanliness and safety of the experimental process, management of equipment and material reagents; • Participate in safety training, safety inspections, safety rectification work, ensure safe operations, solve safety hazards in a timely manner and handle safety accidents; • Completing other tasks assigned by the supervisor and the company.

• Bachelor degree or above, with more than two years of development experience, agronomy or related majors, good command of English, and computer skills; • Experience in agricultural product analysis/preparation/synthesizing and related instrument operation, and master the basic skills of agricultural product research; • Have a certain degree of innovation, with a high degree of responsibility and a certain degree of communication skills, have a good teamwork and professionalism.
