• Supervises workers and visitors to ensure they behave safely. • Identifies hazards to workers and visitors and remedies them. • Supports the company’s Food Safety Program. • Encourages and requires workers and visitors to follow hygiene rules. • Maintains order and cleanliness in the Factory Building and Grounds. • Ensures that laws are followed. • Provides honest and helpful assistance with inspections. • Ensures compliance with all government regulations that apply to running a factory and producing safe, quality products. • Supervises and supports Finished Goods Operators. • Prioritizes Quality as a key principle of the business. • Works with staff to track quality and productivity. • Engages staff to identify and solve problems as a team. • Works with the team to find the root cause of problems. • Teams with Engineering & Maintenance to get more and better output. • Keeps WIP and Finished Goods inventories to a minimum. • Encourages positive and productive relationships. • Ensures sufficient staff are available to produce and ship product. • Reviews and approves or reject timesheets.

• Bachelor Degree or Equivalent Work Experience. • 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience in a factory. • Experience using computers and doing data entry. • Math skills, including percentages. • Fluent in spoken and written Khmer; proficient in English to serve as a bridge between • Able to organize complex information and present it. • Experience and proficiency working with equipment. • Experience working in a food or beverage factory, using HACCP. • Experience with Lean Manufacturing.
