Jobs Description

- Responsible for the implementation of the annual administrative plan; - To assist the department manager to formulate and improve the administrative management system and supervise the implementation; - To assist department managers to check and urge the company to receive public relations management, file management, canteen management, - Full security management, property and clean management, vehicle management and dormitory management and other daily administrative work; - Perform safety duties, participate in safety training, safety inspection, safety rectification work to ensure safety - Promptly organize and solve potential safety hazards and deal with safety accidents; - Responsible for the company's property and property safety and property insurance; - responsible for the company's property management; - Establish and maintain administrative public relations; - Responsible for handling the company required various administrative license; - Coordinate the company's legal affairs; - Approving office supplies budget and office costs; - Responsible for the organization of the company meeting, implement, and review the corresponding meeting minutes; - Responsible for the management of office fixed assets and office equipment; - responsible for the collection of relevant external information and preparation of relevant reports; - Other tasks assigned by the superior.

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor degree in administration, business management, secretarial, education and related fields, computer skills; - 5 years working experience in related fields; familiar with the procedures of administrative department; - A high sense of responsibility and strong communication and coordination skills, organizational ability to execute; strong ability of compression, learning ability, adaptability. - Able to travel & welling to work under pressure ; - Ability to excel in a fast paced environment whilst establish priorities, good interpersonal skills, initiative, self-motivated, pleasant personality. - Good computer with Microsoft Office & Outlook; - Good command in English Languages and Chinese is plus.
