- Responsible for the implementation of recruitment plan, and analyze the effect of recruitment; - responsible for updating job description; - Responsible for the maintenance of the company's related job testing and talent pool; - Responsible for the implementation of employment contract; - Responsible for the implementation of the company's training programs and training effects analysis and training assessment; - Responsible for collecting, organizing, writing the training materials and other information; - Responsible for establishing and updating staff training files; - To coordinate with the external training institutions and recruitment agencies; - Other tasks assigned by the superior.

• Bachelor degree in human resources management, business administrative management or related fields; • More than two years of relevant work experience, familiar with recruitment, training modules; human resource management and teacher is preferred; • A high sense of responsibility, strong communication and coordination, keen insight, innovation, executive ability and resilience; ability to learn and speak strong, skilled use of OFFICE software and production of PPT. • Good command in English Languages and Chinese is plus; • Able to work under pressure.
