• Control petty cash; • Pay to staff and suppliers whenever getting sufficient supporting documents as mentioned in policy, make cash count sheet, post in QuickBooks accounting system; • Prepare payment voucher/advance requisition & clearance/reimbursement; • Review the supporting documents before making advance clearance and before reimbursing; • Prepare AP and aging report, make account payable report, make aging report of AP; • Control inventory and raw materials report; • Check with stock controller to get report on time of inventory and raw material (RM); • Prepare fixed asset (FA) listing and depreciation; • Prepare FA listing as what company bought in term of FA; • Make depreciation of all kind FA; • Other tasks assigned by superior.

• Bachelor degree in Accounting; • Minimum two-years working experience in the field of accounting. • Prior experience in manufacturing sector is a plus. • Strong computer skills in Microsoft office and QuickBooks accounting system or similar • Be friendly, flexible, honest, reliable and have strong work commitment • Good at English writing, speaking and Chinese is plus; • Good skill at negotiation, problem solving to improve the business processes. • Strong time management, multi-task and organizational skills. • Able to work under pressure.
