Responsibilities: 1.To follow up order based on APO from ERP System, 2.To follow up layout submit, layout, comments 3.To work out off line Material Plan, Production Plan, WIP, Order Completion Report

Job scope: 1.To follow up order according to APO list in ERP to arrange: a)Production plan, WIP, Material Plan and co-ordinate with Teammates b)Submit layout to MR for approval via call out from APO c)Re-submit layout to MR for approval based on comments d)Update approval status on WIP e)Update Inspection report on WIP f)Update shipment completion report g)Cross check D/O quantity vs Order quantity based on APO 2.To follow up Material Inventory level a)Calculate material usage according to APO quantity. b)Update inventory record. c)Follow up material purchase status 3.Filing all above record / report and shipment sample.
