- Responsible for the equality and workmanship of every activity, thorough knowledge of all phases of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural, Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary operations - Performa all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications for all works under the contract - Develop and ensure QA requirements are incorporated into Tender Documents, Contracts And Purchase Orders - Promotes quality awareness among project team members, contractors and vendors - Assist in developing the Project Quality Management system by establishing procedures, plans, and work instructions as needed - Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure quality performance in different areas of work development and at various project Phases - Monitor and report on compliance and nonconformities and maintain relevant records - Identify and manage risks that could impact achieving quality objectives - Follow up action items and maintain the status register - Carry out and facilitate criticality assessment sessions and develop Quality Intervention Plans for procured items - Take care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents - Develop method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project - Carry out the internal audit at the site as scheduled in the Project Quality Plan

- Education: Bachelor Degree in Civil or Structural engineering - Computer fluency in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint - Good interpersonal skills must be able to communicate well with staff - Excellent communicator with impressive numeracy skills to handle the financial and mathematical demands of the role - Demonstrate innovative approaches to problem-solving and an ability to negotiate across the various levels of any construction environment - Strong team player, working effectively with all staff members at all levels - A positive work ethic with excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work autonomously to meet deadlines
