- To inspect Ash Yard and manage the ash in the yard as per the procedure of ash yard management. - Read and follow the Ash Yard drawings and supervise the contractor executing works in the Ash Yard. - To inspect and maintain low levels of ash silos, need to coordinate with ash off taker for emptying the ash from silos. - To monitor the general house-keeping around the plant on the ground levels. - To monitor the storm water drains condition, if required need to clean on regular basis. - To report to the Operation Manager for any abnormalities noticed during the execution of the above jobs. - Follow safety procedure and contribute to safety improvement in workplace by considering risk factors in Operation activities. - Follow all HSE rules and housekeeping standards, communicate HSE rules and expectations to the workforce and investigate HSE incidents as appropriate. - To generate reports in Microsoft office (word / excel / power point) and submit to Operation Manger as and when required or advised.

- Any Diploma / Degree or suitable technical qualification preferable Civil discipline. - Minimum 06 years’ industrial experience or supervisory skills specifically related to civil construction and bulk earth moving works. - Ability to read, understand and follow engineering and construction drawings, specifically related to point 1. - Experienced in managing teams of local workers and contractors, specifically relating to the job scope. - Knowledge of heavy vehicle equipment management. - Should be able to speak English and Khmer. - Should have knowledge to work on computer to write reports.
