- Create and complete tour proposal, quotation and suggestions for clients by e-mail or phone. - Excellent customer service skills with passion to serve clients - Both written and oral communication skills are critical to this position as you provide consulting by phone and via email to clients. - Excellent relationship skills, be accurate, have strong time management skills and be a team player - Attention to details and works well in fast paced environment - Can work independently without management - Proficiency using email, word and excel. - At least 1 years work experience in Travel Agency or have experience in Operation department around 02 years would be great. Travel consultant or related experience are preferred.
