-Post job announcement through offline and online to look for suitable candidates for filling company’s required position. -Provide job screening, Interviewing and testing applicants, notifying existing staff of internal opportunities, maintaining personnel records. -Monitors unemployment claims by reviewing claims, sub satiating documentation, requesting legal counsel review. -Maintain human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, termination, change in job classification, merit increases, tracking vacation sick and personal time. -Documents human resources action by completing forms report, logs, and record.
