Responsibilities: 1. Managing the receiving of excess fabrics, accessories and garments from IA and IK factory 2. Maintains a record of all excess fabrics, accessories and garments 3. Ensure all the excess fabric, accessories and garments are properly intact, good condition and complete JOB SCOPE: 1. Supervised the counting and sorting of the received stock lot fabric, accessories and garment 2. Validates if actual count quantity and description tallies with the packing completion report provided by the factory; if any discrepancy found, will communicate with factory coordinators and packing supervisor to settle the variances. 3. Prepares the master inventory list of stocklot fabric, accessories and garments report that will send to Management and Finance Team monthly. This will be the reference of control and can be used as record to present for potential stock lot buyer. 4. Updating of inventory data in EZI are accurate and up to date. 5. Assist stock lot local and overseas buyer in their inquiries and needs, such as preparing reports, packing list and taking photos for their reference. 6. Assist MR and Production Coordinators for any request / inquiries in retrieving stocklot fabric, accessories and garments. 7. Provide training and guidance to Teammates to ensure efficiency in good level. 8. Ensure that the Warehouse workers follow 7’S and compliance. 9. Other job require by the Management

Requirements:  1. University Degree major in Textiles/Manufacturing, Business Administration or other related courses.  Minimum 5 years of experience in Warehouse Inventory Control, with 3 solid years in Leader preferably from garment manufacturing.  2. Knowledge in garment, fabric, accessories, familiar with a variety storekeeing of garment, fabric, accessories analysis, concepts, practices, and procedures.  3. A strong communicator with excellent spoken and written English, Chinese (Mandarin) is advantage. 4.Very good in data analysis skills (Excel, Access, ERP ) 
