Job Description • Implement sales strategy to develop the sales growth, Sales target achievement. • Effectively plan and control the sales team to implement sales promotion • Manage and lead the sales force, provide guidelines and problem resolution • Be able to manage the customers to comply with the company policy • Follow up and control the sales team performance and monitor working procedure • Perform other duties as assigned from management of the company.
