• Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customers base in business network • Own annual sales target of the Company • To be responsible for Managing Sales department and ensure of achieving sales target for both business and residential segments • Build and maintain strong and long lasting relationship with customers. • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives. • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends • Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. • Maintains sales staff job results by counseling and or disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. • Fully comply and respect Company Policy & internal regulations • Other duties as assigned
