- Analysis of specification - Measurement of reference garments - Creating first pattern on card or CAD - Record feedback from sample machinist - Adjust pattern by manipulation - Creation of size chart and Digitizing - Create pattern from specifications or sample garment in men’s tailored garments (Jackets, Trousers, waistcoats etc.) - Develop the created pattern to a production pattern - Make rating (Base size and size ratio) - Improve Acutest ratings - Establish and maintain a standard of performance for the operation - Perform other tasks as needed.

- At least 5-year experiences in Gerber system or related field - Good command of English both writing &speaking; - Good team player and self-motivation - Able to work with tight deadline and sometimes under pressure - Good computer skills - Good problem-solving skills - Working time: 7:00 AM～4:00 PM - Working day: Mon to Sat - Holiday: Sun / National holiday - Salary: Negotiate - Annual bonus / 18-day annual leave
