- Checking on Petty Cash Document before import into Accounting System and Make Payment - Monitoring on Petty Cash and Check reimbursement report frequently from all branches - Consolidate Petty Cash Report and Collection Report from all branches - Check Wing reimbursement report from all branches - Entry Tax Sales and Purchase Record Monthly - Check Trade Debtor Allocation in all branches daily - Performance Daily Petty Cash count and Reconciliation - Other tasks as assigned by Leader/Assistant Manager/Manager/GM

- University degree in Accounting or other related fields - Preferably 1 year experience of professional skill - Strong understanding of computer skill (Ms. Word & Excel) - Be able to perform multi-task and prioritize workload within time frame - Good teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills - Honest, Patient, Initiative and able to work with less supervision - Understanding of Sun Accounting System is more advantage
