Jobs Description

• Issue invoices to customer, receive, check for information completeness. • File invoice in proper and safety place. • Follow up payment with customer/sale representative. • Record received payment in accounting system in timely manner. • Check customer outstanding balance to make sure that these are accuracy information for future collection. • Solve any delinquency customer with customer/sale represented and management. • Support any accounting information, transaction with stakeholder if requirement. • Gather all payment document, prepare voucher and record in accounting system. • Check classification account for accuracy information. • Consolidate cash balance report by each group of business and report to accounting supervisor • Maintain and file accounting document both hard and soft in proper and safety place. • Assist accounting supervisor to produce accounting report for management any support accounting work if required by supervisor.

Jobs Requirement

• Bachelor degree in accounting/Finance. Accounting Student is encouraged to apply as well. • 18-35 years and above, Prefer female. • Can Spoken and written English. • Forstudent, experience is not required, but computer literacy like Quickbook and Excel is highly needed. • Honesty, commitment integrity a must. • Ability be creative, hard-working, responsible, Flexible to work. • Being independent work job have good communications among colleagues. • Communication and Interpersonal skills: Be able work well with outside people, make good negotiation and build the relationship with customer, vender and colleagues. • Can used QuickBooks Accounting/Data base or other software and Microsoft office, Internet & Email. *** Contact Person • Interested please submit CV & Cover Letter by using detail.
