1. To undertake QC functions in the workplace for daily activities: - To conduct inspection of incoming goods : compare it with specification/requirement and check documents attached to it - To conduct in process quality control : during fabrication, wiring and test (to ensure works follow proposed specification) - To conduct final quality control (mechanical such as painting thickness, plate thickness, bending of plate/bus-bars &electrical; wiring and function : relay test, metering test, function test). - As an ambassador of the company when Factory Acceptance Test conducted in Factory : Preliminary preparation, explain what to test, procedures and get signatures of the customers. - Able to use all tools used for test and can recommend others tools needed. - Ensure all tools are calibrated well and on time - Documented all report and easy to access when needed - To plan and supervise Subcontractor inspection activities and reviews of Sub Contractor QC performance. - To supervise staff for reporting, recording and inspection activities - To proper filling system (as per Company procedure) with full traceability for retrieving the document - To manage the supplier evaluation and in-process inspection at the manufacturing location; applicable to the respective discipline of specialization - To take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others in the workplace. - To follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirements 2. To be ready for site activities : Supervising Installation, Pre-test & commissioning, Test &Commissioning; and handing over to customer with a complete and good report.

- Possess a Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering – Electrical engineering is preferred - Familiar with the respective Codes and Standards used in the various field of applicable Engineering specialization (IEC, local standard, JIS, NEMA/ANSI) - Able to prepare ITP’s and procedures - Data Analysis - English : Active and passive (speaking and writing) - Report writing; business and technical correspondence - Good communication skills - Team building and leadership skill
