Job Purpose : This position assumes a key role by being the front line assisting our customers at every stage including start-up and commissioning of equipment, performing planned maintenance, monitoring performance, diagnosing system problems remotely, as well as responding to emergencies on a 24/7 basis. Role Responsibilities: - Responsible for meeting daily service repair needs and driving customer satisfaction - Supervise installation and give recommendation to customer - Installation and commissioning - Documents all inspection, maintenance, service work and submits paper work in a timely basis. - Orders, install, and returns parts and manages repair parts cycle time - Reviews all logs for open issues and prepares formal reports to customer as necessary - Ensures that tools and test equipment are properly maintained and calibrated - Assesses product/equipment performance based on field support data; recommends modifications or improvements - Seeks to provide technical support to customers and other service professionals as required - May participate in site surveys and site meetings - Maintains clear and concise business communication proficiency, both spoken and written - Travel to project sites, overtime and work hours other than Monday-Friday may be required - Comply with and ensure compliance with company health, safety and environmental policies. - Perform other duties as required

- Possess high school diploma in field of Electrical Engineering or equivalent - Must be able to demonstrate strong electrical knowledge - Maintain high technical level of product knowledge - Must be team oriented and flexible - Actively seek to share information and assist team members - Proficient in speaking and writing English
