- Check attendance, record all kinds of leave and make monthly report. - Check overtime and make summary report monthly basic - Prepare letter and other document to complain - HR Monthly Report and OT analysis - Prepare and coordinate the process of medical claim, insurance claim both insurance company and NSSF. - Make employment contract and follow up probation - Assist in processing of performance evaluation and follow up employee probation. - Filling any related document in the filing system. - Manage office supplies stock and place orders - Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets - Maintain and update company databases - Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments - Monitors and maintains supplies. - Book meeting rooms as required - Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages) - Arrange travel and accommodations - To perform other job assigned by Head of Department

- At least 2 years’ experience in HR or related field. - Computer skill on MS Office, Accounting software and databases - Demonstrated ability to work on multiple activities. - Good command of both written and spoken English and Thai language preferred - Good attitude ,self-development, and high responsible at work SI DRY-PORT offers a competitive salary, bonus, accident and health insurance for employee.
