*** Job Description: 1. Recruitment - To make job description - To make a recruitment of high quality staff - To control process to recruit new staff (interview, evaluation, contract) - To achieve target which each department request 2. Personnel & Labor Management - To make and implement on HR Evaluation system effectively and efficiently - To update labor regulation and other internal regulation of personnel in reflection to change of the company and in compliance with local labor law - To control staff's leave, health care, registration to NSSF - To improve staff's satisfaction of company & working environment 3. Human Cost Control - To make budget plan & control the human cost - To make and review the company wide remuneration such as Bonus, allowance, social welfare then recommends for change to ensure remuneration strategy is competitive enough to retain potential staff and attract talents. 4. Staff Training - To make training plan for each position & (Compliance, business manner, management) & Skill up - To build staff capacity to ensure the company & competencies is implemented aligned with Company &strategic; business plan 5. Administration - To control Company asset - To lead and monitor on Cooperate Social Responsibility activity (Charity) - To lead Company Event & Ceremony such as staff annual trip and so on. - To manage office environment: Clean & Security 6. Policies and Strategic Plan - To develop annual work plan for HR-Admin Department and ensure the plan is implemented effectively. - To develop recruitment strategy, remuneration strategy, retention strategy and other HR-admin related strategies ** Benefit: - Salary (1100~1500 USD) - Work from Monday to Friday (break 1 hour for lunch) - Gasoline allowance 30$ per month, Motor parking provides by company - Annual leave 18 days per year - Outpatient fee claim 50$ per year, and health checkup 1 time per year - Bonus depend on company policy

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor degree in Banking and Finance/ Master of Business Administration - Minimum 3-year of experience in HR-Admin Management - Ability to make HR-Admin Policy and report - Good Knowledge on Cambodia Labor Law and HR best pratice - Good communication and interpersonal skill. - Computer literacy (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point, Email, Viso) - Excellent communication skills, Negotiation skills, interpersonal skill, and people skill - High commitment and trustworthiness ** If you are interested in this job, please email your resume to & recruitment@jaccs.com.kh & or call & 023 977 255 & for further information.
