** Scope of Works: i. facilitate joint annual and quarterly work planning and progress review exercises in their cluster; ii. work closely with PCU and training providers in their cluster to develop coordinated concrete actions to deliver enrollment targets in RTC/PTC recruitment plan for their cluster, including participation in CQF1 (VTP/SBP) and transition of trainees passing CQF1 (VSTP/SBP) into formal courses (CQF 2+); iii. develop and periodically update coordination action plan for their cluster in dialogue with relevant stakeholders to ensure synchronous implementation of linked activities; iv. monitor implementation of work plans and coordination action plans for their cluster; v. maintain web-based progress reporting of work plans and coordination action plans for their cluster; vi. liaise between training providers (and other actors) in their cluster and the TVET MIS team to ensure appropriate and timely data capture and flow into the MIS; vii. troubleshoot program implementation issues in their cluster, with advice from PCU, as needed; viii. provide front line review and monitoring for stipends program in RTCs/PTCs in their cluster, including verification of beneficiaries’ eligibility, attendance, and payments, and other financial and process compliance reviews; ix. orientate RTC/PTC staff in their cluster on stipend program implementation processes and requirements; and x. facilitate and coordinate with specialists for stipends, VSTP, SBP and social marketing with monitoring of these programs in their cluster.

Jobs Requirement

a. Qualification: Post-graduate degree, preferably in social sciences. b. Experiences: at least 10 years of relevant experience in program coordination, management, and monitoring, preferably donor-financed projects. He/she also required experience with implementation formal and/or non-formal training programs. All perspective candidates must have good level of English language proficiency (speaking, writing, and listening).
