• Work collaboratively with Beer Promoters (BPs) in order to achieve sales target • Establish and implement effective promotion activities. • Build good relationships with BPs. • Manage merchandising and shelf life of products. • Allocate BPs to outlets • Monitor BPs’ attendance and daily reports. • Prepare BPs’ salaries and monthly BPs sales report. • Generate reports on ring pulls collected from BPs • Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or related field. • 1-2 years of experience in the beverage industry. • Knowledge of sales and marketing • Understanding of consumer insights and market trends • Good command of written & spoken English • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills • Good Planning & Organizational skills • Creative problem-solving skills • Good leadership skills • Negotiation and persuasive skills • Good interpersonal skills • Ability to work under pressure • Valid driver’s license • Ability to work at irregular hours
