** Job Summary As an Accounting Manager he / she should provide the CEO, Owners, and other management with accurate, timely, and relevant financial reports. Additionally, he/she is responsible for managing the cash flow and tax functions in the poultry farm, processing plant and other businesses within the Group. Reports to: General Manager/CEO ** Main Responsibilities • Responsible for overall accounting and financial operations & treasury functions. • Manage treasury functions, cash flow, forecast and budgets. • Ensure the general ledger, fixed asset listing, inventory listing, accounts payable/receivable are kept up to date. • Prepare financial reports and submissions to relevant government entities including tax authorities. • Lead and supervise a team of accounting staff • Prepare monthly management reports on the performance of each business unit. • Recommend and implement a system of policies, procedures and internal controls that safeguard the assets of the Company.

• ​Possess a Master or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA). • Excellent use of English language (written and oral) • Strong verbal and written communications skills • Strong accounting software experience.
