Jobs Description

1. Work closely with academic manager, administrator & HR in recruiting, hiring, orienting, and training new teaching staffs. 2. Check teachers’ punctuality and appearance, and take appropriate action when necessary 3. Scrutinize teachers’ performance, through classroom observation and informal chatting. 4. Liaise with the academic manager, administrator and HR on all issues of student welfare/behaviour. 5. Develop a quarterly class schedule and participate in the quarterly meetings. 6. Supervise the study materials such as textbooks, computers, audio to meet the needs of Teacher and Student. 7. Initiate, organize and coordinate various academic events. 8. Establish, coordinate, and oversee particular events such as speaking contest and related workshop to boost student’s achievement. 9. Conduct an oral interview with the student for placement purposes and coordinates the student registration process for new classes. 10. Updates student attendance lists, check the ongoing assessment and other daily processes. 11. Ensure a certificate of achievement and academic award are presented to students in a timely manner 12. Other tasks assigned by the academic manager

Jobs Requirement

1. Bachelor Degree in Education or in any related fields 2. Minimum of two years experience in teaching people of all ages from preschool to adult English program. 3. Skills essential for success in this role include superior people skills, a strong customer service orientation, a commitment to continuous improvement and excellence. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe graphics, and ability to quickly learn registration and database systems. 5. Excellent organizational skills and detailed and task-oriented 6. Well-organized, hard-working and honest 7. Proven ability to work with efficiency, flexibility and good humour 8.Maintain professional manner and ethics at all times.
