- Prevent violation of internal policies: Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies. - Procedures: Revise procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues and safeties. - Company policies: Draft, modify and implement company policies. - Collaboration with top management: Collaborate with corporate counsels (GMAC), HR departments and Ministries to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations. - Identify non-compliance risks: Assess the business’s future ventures to identify possible risks and environmental compliance. Review the work of colleagues when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training.

1 Able to work as team, site work under time constraints or conditions of high pressure. 2 Working knowledge of MS Office applications; 3 Able to perform multi audit programs and details oriented. 4 Good command of spoken and written English. 5 With knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law, other local relevant laws and regulations. 6 Good interpersonal communication skills. 7 With sound judgment with high sense of ethnics. 8 With at least 3-year work experience in the areas of either Social Compliance/ Corporate Social Responsibility Audit, HR/Admin or Legal Consultancy. 9 With ability to work independently. 10 Patient, honest, good attitude, and good time management.
