- To develop marketing strategy for Spare Parts & Lubricant to spread to customer in nation wide - To set a long-term/mid-term/yearly sales plan through existing and new distribution channel - To create annual Spare Parts Action Plan and keep regular Plan-Do-Check- Act (PDCA) for every activity to achieve as per schedule - To create annual marketing calendar in the area of Distributor Operation and Sales Distribution - Daily, Weekly, and Monthly monitor sales performance/activities result reported by each staffs - To keep regular update parts & lubricant market information and competitor movement to management - To create initiative idea for developing advertisement ( social media, events, etc...) and promotion or campaign - Oversee the Parts performance and maintain or update of the SOPs of each operation - Lead Spare Parts team to follow stock policy, to ensure effective control and avoiding long aging stock - Carry out any other duties that may be assigned by management

- Bachelor degree in Management/Economics or related field, Master Degree is preferably - At least 3 years experiences in Sales & Marketing of Spare Parts & Lubricant - Motivated, positive attitude, pro-active, ad team-work oriented - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in English both writing and speaking - Design skill and knowledge is a plus - Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point Qualified applicants should submit a cover letter and CV, with a current photo (4X6), together with their expected salary and other supporting documents to the address below.
