-Manage annual plan and budget control for whole institution and forward to CEO for approval, -Manage, educated and advise staff how to handle problem to client -Manage and improve accounting & finance operation, -Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures, -Manage documents and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions including head office and branches, -Manage and Review monthly results and implement monthly variance reporting, -Make relationship with government authority regarding legal and tax issues, -Training and coaching to improve performance company -Other jobs assigned by CEO.

-Have Tax Agency Certificated -Accounting & finance management experiences in Accounting Firm at least 4 years -Strong knowledge with Taxation and Handle problem -Understanding how to make good relationship with government -Have high management skills to control human resource -Willing to suggest improvement plans actively, based on analysis on financial situations -Strong willing to learn Working Place: Phnom Penh Working Day: Monday - Saturday (Only the Morning) Working Time: 8:30AM - 5:30PM Holiday: Sunday and National Holiday
