-Manage Analyze, design and document applications / systems specifications. -Control of Review and recommend to management for applying technologies that best serve the business needs. -Assist users to plan and conduct system acceptance tests. -Assist users in designing and documenting various procedures. -Conduct user system/technical training. -Develop, maintain, publish and enforce company IT quality & security standards and guidelines encompassing data and intellectual security. -Provide reports to superiors regarding the -Maintain the IT development system and development procedures. -Other task projects and tasks related to business analysis as required by the company

-Working experiences in Bank industry, financial or related industry. -At least 2 years of experience with application and system development (CBC) -Experience with Data Base Programing -Knowledge base with any monogramming languages -Able to handle database management system -Understanding software architecture to provide improvements -Good at English speaking and writing -Bachelor/master degree in field of application development/computer science or related field. -Certification of training related to system/application development -Other involve training background Working Place: Phnom Penh City Probation Period: 3 Months Working Day: Monday ~ Saturday (Morning) Working Hour: 8:00AM ~ 5:00PM Holiday : Sunday and National Holiday
