-Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails. -Conduct market research to get obtain new customers. -Sales online thru email and other social media. -Maintain accurate/updated customer profiles, pipeline, sales leads & sales activities (e.g. sales visit plans, sales visit report, and quotation). -Negotiate the terms of an agreement and closing sales. -Record sales and order information in the report to keep good sales tracking. -Deliver good sales performance to meet sales target. -Responsible for manage cost calculations, and providing customers with best competitive quotations. -Coordinate with operation team to accomplish the work required to close sales. -Identify and resolve client concerns. -Follow up on new sales leads and referrals from agents and existing contacts.

-Bachelor degree in any related discipline (Logistics, International Business,) -2-3 years experiences in sales logistics. -Good knowledge in freight forwarding (Air Import/Export, Ocean Import/Export), customs regulation and tax calculation. -Good knowledge in INCOTERM -Good command of speaking and writing English. Chinese is an advantage. -Own transport and willingness to travel. -Service minded, self-motivated, able to work independently with good team player spirit -Good relationship with supporting suppliers ( shipping line, airline, and trucking companies)
