- Operation Manager : 01 position * Job description: - Monitor operation teams. - Prepare operational planning for teams - Check and follow up operation team until shipments are done completely smooth. - Daily check documents and pending tasks to make sure everything goes smoothly. - Daily report pending tasks and problem to GM. - Other tasks as per assigned. - Operation executive: 3 positions * Job description: - Prepare daily import & export clearance documents, BL/HBL/HAWB - Coordinate with shipper for booking and approval made. - Coordinate with shipping line / air line for booking process. - Prepare documents for inland shipment. - Track and Follow up shipment status. - Other task as per assigned.
