-Work with the social media manager to develop and implement the company overall social media strategies and tactics as well as annual event specific plans -Engage online and social media audiences on the daily basis and help maintain relationships with key influancers -Assist with internal efforts around social media -Specifically responsible for developing and implementing social media plans and specific tactics across all channels of social media -Develop and maintains relationship with key facebook user and other social media influancers -Track social media program result and report on those findings, as well as assist in active listening to the social media community,regularly reporting on those findings -Assist customers with purchasing question and guide them through the entire sale from start to finish and reach the monthly social sale target goals -Perform other duties as assigned.
