Job Summary: •This role is responsible for overseeing compensation, benefits, HR operations, and people data analytic and insight Key Responsibilities: •Introduce different employee benefit schemes to differentiate and stay competitive within the available resources and budget. •Ensure the competitive benefits in the market through engaging in the market survey activities •Introduce initiatives to improve HR services and ensure positive experiences for the employees •Drive people data analytic and insight to support the business decision through providing a regular update on people data and trend. •Ensure the implementation of HR compliance and operational risk through working closely with related stakeholders including Finance, Risk, Compliance, government body….etc. •Support the Head of Performance and Rewards in conducting the annual and strategic budget planning.

•Bachelor’s degree level education in HR, management or similar field. •Professional training, diploma or certification in Business Analysis, HR similar field of expertise •At least 3 years of work experiences in Compensation & Benefit •Good understanding and working experience in HR.
