Head of Foreign Teacher - Supporting committees of staff and parent that function to improve the learning and social environment of the school for the students. - Teaching classes, developing rapport with the students, handling discipline issues and filling in for the principal when required. - Resolving conflicts between students, teachers, parents or combinations of conflicts between various individuals. - Assisting in yearly teacher evaluations, assisting in providing guidance to staff and students, and encouraging a positive climate in the school. - Directing assemblies and other special gatherings of students for events throughout the year. - Record keeping as required through the use of various logs, tracking records, computer programs, inter or intranet software or other programs. Native Speaker teachers - Like working with kids, patient and creative with fun - Be able to use Ms Word & Ms Excel, internet and email - Know how to prepare daily lesson plan and monthly/quarterly student’s progress report - Be able to solve problems peacefully in team, members, parents and kids - Upgrade and learn new ways of teaching - Be honest and sincere towards the profession - Avoid indulging in unethical behavior, and at all times maintain the dignity a teacher-student’s relationship - Follow positively the core value and mission of HBS

Head of Foreign Teacher Kindergarten-Secondary degree, Bachelor’s degree preferred in Curriculum and Instruction, Foundations, Ed. Leadership or similar areas. Content experts with demonstrated administrative competence are encouraged to apply. - At least 1 year of demonstrated, successful educational experience, including classroom teaching, with at least 1 year - Excellent speaking skills - Outstanding writing skills - Demonstrated ability to function as a productive administrative team member with a positive attitude and a good sense of humor - Ability to establish high expectations for academic success and behavior with the willingness, compassion and dedication to help faculty and students achieve them - Excellent computer skills and a good understanding of the use of technology in education - An appreciation and understanding of the arts and their role in the overall education of students Native Speaker teachers - Female candidates preferred - Must be a Filipino/native speaker - Nursery / early learners teaching experience an advantage - Must hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree (Math major) - Must be responsible, reliable, resourceful, creative and dynamic - Be good in interpersonal and communicative skills - Be willing to take care and love kids, treat them as children - Must possess excellent written and oral English communication skills
