Jobs Description

 Assist Kitchen Department, Service Department and Admin Department to handle on local goods purchase and office accessory  Procure goods at market place and make sure the price is reasonable.  Dealing with suppliers  Collect all invoices from each site.  Follow up with supplier to make sure that the ordered goods are timely delivery  Tracking documents flow and arrangement  Work with Stock Officer closely  Perform other duties as assigned

Jobs Requirement

 Bachelor degree of business administration, or related fields.  No experience is welcomed  Can go outside to purchase goods, when we need bases  Have a good negotiation skill, solving skill, flexible  Fairly good in English speaking and writing  Willing to work under pressure  Computer skills: MS office (Word & Excel and outlook)
