- Planning and performing work involving ordering, receiving, inspecting, returning, unloading, shelving, packing, labeling, pricing, delivering, and maintaining a perpetual inventory of forms, consumables, and various types of equipment - Maintaining Stock processes to ensure operation’s effective ability to procure and deliver quality consumable and equipment for programme - Ensuring all the transactions are recorded, maintained, reported and filed - Ensuring the required materials and equipment are available for the field operations on time - Storing and releasing consumables or equipment - Checking the supplies from time to time - Managing the store layout and make sure all the supplies are correct - Assisting maintenance and timely update of accurate Inventory List for Base - Arranging for the repair and disposal of equipment as required - Any other duties as required by the Base Supervisor

- At least High school diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related fields - Knowledge and experience of warehousing, receipt/issue, and stock control - Ability to organize and prioritize daily work as assigned by Base Supervisor - Able to communicate and writ in English - Able to use Microsoft Office- Word, Excel and Outlook - Commitment to the guiding principle of MAG - B valid driving license and drivable as required **Women and people with disabilities are particularly encouraged to apply.
