•Golf fire procedures & security procedures •Golf l Health and Safety policy and procedures •Golf Facilities and attractions •Golf standards of operation and departmental procedures •In charge of overall security operation and requirement •Daily, weekly and monthly report writing and Incidents report writing to Golf Manager and Security Manager in SOFITEL Ankor Phokeethra Golf & Spa Resort. •Investigate the items stolen, lost that belonging to golf property, ambassadors or guest •Responsibility all the security situation in golf premise •Co-operate with police in case of serious accident (armed robbery, fire, death etc) •Develops and enforces security procedures and regulations to ensure safe and secure environment •Acts as a liaison to all departments on security measures, procedures, and needs •Ensure that all security on their shift meets and/or exceed the following standards: Appearance and Grooming •Conduct post inspections in correcting any issues or concerns that occur on security operation •Set an uncompromising example to all security by maintaining a consistently professional appearance, good attitude, and work ethic •Training and coaching security (on the job) •Ensure that all potential and real Hazards are reported immediately and rectified •Be fully conversant with all departmental Fire, Emergency and Bomb procedures •Ensure that all emergency procedures are rehearsed, implemented and enforced to provide for the security and safety of guests and employees •Ensure the safety of the persons and the property of all within the premises by fairly applying Hotel Regulations by strict adherence to existing laws, statutes etc. •To ensure that all fire safety equipment are in position, regularly maintained and functional in case of emergency as per fire equipment plan •Any emergency situation is found, report to Golf Manager/Security Manager and co-operate with engineering team for prevention. •Conduct post inspections in correcting any issues or concerns that occur on security operation •Ensure that all potential and real Hazards are reported immediately and rectified •Be fully conversant with all departmental Fire, Emergency and Bomb procedures •Ensure that all emergency procedures are rehearsed, implemented and enforced to provide for the security and safety of guests and employees •Ensure the safety of the persons and the property of all within the premises by fairly applying Hotel Regulations by strict adherence to existing laws, statutes etc. •Ensure all ambassadors within the department work in a manner which is safe and unlikely to give risk of harm or injury to selves or others •Use safe manual handling techniques and practice safe work habits following Phokeethra Country Club Health, Safety and Environment policies, maintain procedures to minimize our impact on the environment and prevent pollution.

•Minimum of 3 years security management experience •Fluent English Speaking •Ability to communicate at all levels •Experience in reporting and emergency response planning •Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures •Ability to train and develop team members •Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative •Excellent organizational skills •Computer skills (e.g. word processing and spreadsheet, Opera System)
