As a Learning & Development Coordinator, you will responsible for supporting the Learning and Development (L&D) Manager and HR Team in designing and delivering the effective learning and development solutions across the bank. Main Responsibilities: - Support the L&D Manager to deliver the learning and development solutions to build staff capabilities to deliver business results - Assist in delivering the training program which include On-boarding, Sales and Service and Professional Development courses to employees - Design and develop the learning framework and content to address the learning and development needs - Assist in managing L&D budget by verifying the expenses and provide the budget forecast on monthly and quarterly basis - Manage learning record and provide regular performance reporting on progress/results to key stakeholders - Manage ANZ Royal Study Support Program - Provide training logistic support to stakeholders
