Jobs Description

- Settle consumer's concern/complain promptly and effectively - Provide information about the products, service and other information as needed to the consumer - Check issue on product to customers - Receive information from the customer and find the solution to the customers - Follow up and ensure each customer queries are well handle - Daily report to manager - Other tasks assigned by manager

Jobs Requirement
