- Find potential individual clients for all kind of loan products - Submit Credit Memorandum to Branch Manager/Credit Assessment Manager for approval - Handle customer’s complaint and take appropriate action to solve them - Arrange the loan agreement, pledge legal documents at Sangkat level and cadastral office - Assist to recover bad debt of branch - Deliver customer services, strengthen network relationships - Other tasks assigned by Branch Manager
