- Arrange and update factory production plan according to new order - Follow up with new order info, including sketches, order quantities, delivery, quota cat, fabric incoming date, fabric type, embroidery & printing, etc; - Check regularly schedule of raw material and sub-material and purchase when necessary - Held meeting with related departments before bulk production - Monitor the schedule for sewing, embroidery & printing comply with production plan. Conduct investigation, feedback to supervisor the problems. And update production plan if necessary; - Monitor daily production data to keep consistence with production plan and make related plan revision. Resolve issues arising with production department and report to top management - Discuss and report to management if there is over-capacity for the production

- Local Cambodian - Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree - 1 or 2 years’ experience in PPC or merchandising in Garment industry is highly preferable - Fresh graduate is welcome to apply - Language: Khmer, Chinese and English - Computer Literate - Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel - High responsibility and easily adopt to workplace
