Jobs Description

General Manager (Based in Phnom Penh) Reporting directly to the Executive Chairman and working closely with management team, this role is responsible for leading and running the business to achieve outstanding results including the establishment/re-structuring some functions of the company for sustainable growth. The incumbent will oversee all aspect of management, including maximization of financial performance, motivating and building staff loyalty and development, improving clients’ satisfaction, within established quality standards. He/she is responsible for ensuring adopting best industry practices to maximize performance, effectiveness and efficiency. Main Duties • Develop business plan and strategies to fulfill the company’s vision and mission. • Introduce/implement effective management system to actively engage all members of the management team and staff to optimize company’s performance. • Establish and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure performance, motivate staff and award best performers. • Manage the business operation to deliver outstanding results in all areas including revenue growth, productivity, and profit. • Execute marketing, sales, and operational activities, producing results that meet or exceed the business plan. • Create an operating environment that assures collaborative teamwork environment which lead to consistent clients’ satisfaction. • Maintain product and service quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluations and investigating complaints. Initiates corrective action. • Develop accurate and aggressive long and short-range financial objectives. • Prepare financial reports that clearly explain operational effectiveness, trends and variances. • Maintain a pro-active human resource function to increase employee motivation; establish training and development, wage and benefits administration, and compliance with established labor regulations.

Jobs Requirement

• Master Degree in business management or related fields • At least five years of management experience or consultancy in FMCG • Experience in company restructuring is preferred • Strong customer network and relationship building skills • Good organizational and time management skills • Excellent negotiation and internal & external relationship building • Computer literacy and English language proficiency, other foreign languages skill is a plus
