**Note: - Job title: Front Desk/Receptionist Shift I - Shift I : (6:00 am till 15:00 pm) - Salary : USD 155.00 to USD 185.00 - Job title: Front Desk/Receptionist Shift III - Shift III: (22:00 pm till 07:00 am) - salary : USD 155.00 to USD 175.00 Job Description: - Welcome the hotel guests, making the room reservation and checking people in, accepts room reservation, especially of reservation for the day and confirmation of reservation. - Sell guests rooms of walk-in guests. - Process reservation by mail, telephone, telex, cable, fax or central reservation system. - Register guest and assign rooms accommodate special requests whenever possible. - Receive and process advance payment of hotel bills - Understand room status and room status tracking - Know cancellation procedures and know how to use front office equipment. - Understand that business demands sometimes make it necessary to move employees from their accustomed shift to other shift. - Manage and support all hostel supplies - Be able to work assigned by manager
