General Manager Skills and Qualifications requirements: Management Proficiency, Coordination, Coaching, Developing Standards, Financial Planning and Strategy, Process Improvement, Decision Making, Strategic Planning,

- Master Degree’s in Hospitality Management or equivalent Customer driven, flexible to any circumstances - Ability to lead his/her team by example and thrive in working with a multi-cultural team and guests - Must be good at effective communication skill, planning for business, supervising people, teamwork, adaptability, and customer focus - Proficiency in Computer literature - Experience: min 5 years similar position - F/M, 30 years old minimum - Foreigner preferable, who currently stay in Cambodia - The General Manager will be in charge of managing the overall administration of the hotel including Sales, Marketing, Revenue Generation, Cost Control, etc. - Package/ conditions: Contract 1-2 years, Meal and Accommodation, Visa and Work Permit, Annual leave, approbation period 3 months. - Salary negotiable
