- Conduct the Site Visit of business premises and collaterals, including the photo collection and preparation of call reports - Clients Poaching - Customer information and documents collection and verification - AML checking for new clients - Ongoing clients’ relationship building and customer complaints/compliments handling - Loan disbursement and settlement/discharge instruction to CAS team - Verification of loan and security documents before client sign off, and then arrange the meeting with clients for sign off and witness the documents - Daily overdue repayment monitoring and follow up - Perform others tasks assigned by Section Manager
