1/ For a newly opening cosmetic brand from a well established retail group in AEON Cambodia. 2/ Proven experience in the cosmetics industry. 3/ Strong knowledge of various cosmetics skills. 4/ Ability to understand cosmetic needs and concerns of customers and advise accordingly. 5/ Frequent follow up with customers and coordinate makeup sessions. 6/ In-depth knowledge of industry standards of makeup process and hygiene standards. 7/ Excellent communication and presentation skills. 8/ Proven cosmetics sales experience. 9/ To be able to evaluate products of high customer demands and market trends, to advise the Brand Managers for sufficient orders to meet business demands. 10/ Ability to provide regular detailed reports of customer profiles, product profiles, product movements, product analysis and competition. 11/ Ability to coordinate with Brand Manager for planning and implementation of sales promotions, various promotional activities and stock movements and order confirmation for new seasons. 12/ To coordinate for various brands and products training sessions. 13/ To plan and implement brand and product trainings for cosmetics retail staff.
