• Prepare Monthly / Quarterly Management / Financial Reports for Chip Mong Land include Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow. • Provide timely, reliable and relevant management information for performance monitoring. • Review figure, analyze the management information, investigating major variances, highlighting key trends and asking questions as appropriate where additional information is required. • Initiate corrective action where required. • As part of the review of monthly financial figures: • Investigate any unusual figures • Analyze accruals, prepayments, adjustments and oversee any required closing entries. • Maintain the Profit center/Cost center structure and control Internal Orders. • Liaise with Division Head – Accounting Operation on control account reconciliations and any accounting issues in A/P, A/R, Treasury …etc. • Carry out any work related to Borey Peng Houth (Real estate - Joint venture).

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferable. • Experience in accounting at least 1 year. • Experience in Financial Controller is an advantage. • Numerate, accurate and analytical. • Good business understanding, able to identify key business drivers and possessing an curious mind. • Confident with strong Presentation Skills. • Ability to think creatively. • Self-motivated / driven.
