Responsibilities •Checking and Updating Accounting Entries in Accounting System •GL Entries and Updating in Accounting System •Payment Processing and Payment Voucher Arrangement •Checking on Internal E-Billing between Entities •Misc. Payment and Petty Cash Payment •Monthly Tax Return Checking and Submission •Month End Closing JV, Accruals and Prepayment Schedule, Items to be Reinvoiced Account Updating •Maintaining of Fixed Assets Register •AP Aging and Statement Reconciliation •Bank Reconciliation Statement

Requirements •At least 2 years of relevant experience •High school Diploma or equivalent •Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures •Experience with accounting software •Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail •Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information •Excellent accounting software user •Strong attention to detail and confidentiality •Self-motivation •Responsibility •Organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines •Team Player •Analytical ability •A methodical approach and problem-solving skills •Advanced MS Excel skills •Excellent analytical and numerical skills •Sharp time management skills •Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
